security of those
possessions brought to my assigned sale space are entirely my responsibility. I know the role of the Village of South Elgin is simply to provide me with a selling space. I will
not hold the Village of South Elgin, the
Festival Committee, South Elgin Police Department or anyone connected with the festival responsible
for loss or
damage to my property or injury to myself or anyone helping me at my space. This includes all
set up times, show
times, and dismantling of space.
